Emdash runs coding agents in parallel, each task in its own git worktree and branch. You can pass issues from Linear, GitHub, Jira, GitLab and others straight to an agent, schedule recurring runs, preview your app in a built-in browser, then review diffs, open PRs and watch CI from the same window. Projects can also live on remote machines over SSH.
It detects installed agent CLIs such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Amp, Devin, Qwen Code, Droid and GitHub Copilot. Mac builds exist for Apple silicon and Intel.
Emdash is free under Apache-2.0 and local-first: app state stays in a local database and it doesn't send your code or chats to Emdash servers. Your agents send code to their own providers; telemetry is optional.
brew install --cask emdashOfficial downloads only. MLX never re-hosts an app, and never runs a command for you.
