Cua gives agents computers they can use. The Cua Spaces app runs full desktops (macOS VMs built locally on your Mac, or Linux images) on your Mac, on other computers you own or in your own cloud account. You and an agent can work on the same desktop with separate cursors, and you can move a signed-in app such as Chrome into a Space after approving it.
The same project includes Cua Driver, which lets agents operate native apps through a CLI or MCP, Lume for macOS and Linux VMs on Apple silicon (Homebrew formula `lume`), and a `cua` CLI and SDK for local sandboxes. The Spaces app needs macOS 26 or later.
Spaces is free for individuals; Pro is $18 a month and Teams $30 per seat. Spaces is source-available under FSL-1.1-MIT; the SDK, CLI, Driver and Lume are MIT. VMs run on your own computers; remote access goes through the cua.ai relay.
Official downloads only. MLX never re-hosts an app, and never runs a command for you.
