Paperclip is a Node.js server and web dashboard for managing many agents at once. You bring your own agents (OpenClaw, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor or anything that can receive a heartbeat), give them roles in an org chart, link their tasks to goals, and track work and spend in one place.
It has company, agent and project budgets with alerts, review and approval stages, task threads with run history, and several organisations per deployment. Agents wake for assigned work, messages or schedules.
Install it with one npx command; it needs Node.js 24.11 or newer and keeps its data locally. It is free and MIT-licensed; requests go to the model providers your agents use.
