Open Code Review (`ocr`) reads your git diff, picks and groups the files that need review, and has an LLM agent review each group with tools to read files and search the codebase. It writes structured comments tied to exact lines. `ocr scan` reviews whole files, and a delegation mode lets your coding agent do the review while ocr handles file selection and rules.
It came from Alibaba's internal code review assistant. It needs Git 2.41 or later and runs in the terminal or in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI and Gerrit.
It is free under Apache-2.0. You configure a model provider and API key, and the changed code is sent to that provider.
