Crush is a coding agent for the terminal from Charm. It keeps several sessions per project, uses language servers for extra context, and adds tools over MCP. You can switch models mid-session without losing context.
Install it with Charm's Homebrew tap or npm.
Crush works with OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible APIs and with local models through Ollama, so your code goes only where you send it. It's source-available under the Functional Source License (FSL-1.1-MIT), which turns into MIT later.
How to Get It
Official downloads only. MLX never re-hosts an app, and never runs a command for you.
