The `hf` command line and the huggingface_hub Python library download models, datasets and other files from the Hugging Face Hub and publish your own. Sign in with `hf auth login` to reach gated models and upload.
Install it with Homebrew, the official install script or pip. It needs Python 3.10 or newer when installed with pip.
It's free and open source (Apache 2.0). It talks to huggingface.co: downloads come from the Hub, and anything you upload goes there.
