Core ML Tools converts models from PyTorch and TensorFlow to the Core ML format used by apps on the Mac, iPhone and iPad. It can also read, write and optimize Core ML models, and check a conversion by running predictions with Core ML on macOS.
It installs with pip on macOS and Linux; predictions with Core ML need macOS.
It's free and open source (BSD 3-Clause) and runs on your machine.
