Enchanted is a ChatGPT-style app that connects to models you host yourself with Ollama. You need to run your own Ollama server; the app does not include models. Its author now calls the newer project Jaz the next iteration.
The App Store build runs on macOS 14 and iOS 17 or later. The last App Store update was in August 2025; the GitHub repository was updated in July 2026.
It is free and open source under Apache-2.0. Chats go only to the Ollama server you point it at.
How to Get It
Official downloads only. MLX never re-hosts an app, and never runs a command for you.
